Set A Goal


When was the last time you set a goal? Big or small… Easy or difficult… Think about it for a second. If you have come to realize that it’s been a while for you, make a goal! Think about anything in your life you want to achieve. Maybe it’s “I want to get up on time tomorrow morning and get my day started.” Think about it, write it down and read it aloud to yourself. Let your brain work and find ways to do things you want to do. I say this a lot, but the mind is a very powerful tool in life. Utilize it, know it, understand it and let it achieve! So… After you read this, set a goal. It can be a huge life long goal, or a simple goal that will be accomplished by dinner, but either way… Write one down! I’m challenging you!   1. I need to set a goal to set a goal but I’ll have to eat dinner and then have a nap first! Good advice, tackle one thing at a time, if you have too many goals just do one thing and focus on how good it makes you feel and how it motivates to move on to the next one!
